LVMH Forms Fragrance Structure

Fragrance sales are slumping, so at least one marketer is restructuring its business. LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton is creating a new structure called LVMH Fragrance Brands — comprising Givenchy, Kenzo, Pucci and Fendi — within its perfumes and cosmetics division.
